Return Process

  Place the items in their original Guzzini packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
